What Agency is

Agency is a notes app that helps you remember what you already know. You write notes, as in any notes app, and Agency’s AI helps you capture what you learn, organize it, and find it again when it is useful.

The paid part is the AI. It includes:

• Spoken interviews that draw out your values and goals and write them to a page you approve.
• A daily reflection, a short spoken check-in on how your day went against those values and goals.
• Reminders for the next step on a goal, with a check-in when they come due.
• An assistant that reads your notes to answer questions and propose changes, which you approve or edit.
• Dictation, and replies read aloud.

Agency runs in your web browser at agencynotes.app.

Pricing

Agency costs $10 a month, in US dollars, billed monthly to a card through Stripe. The price includes the AI features above. Writing and reading notes is free and does not need a subscription.

The price covers ordinary personal use. If the AI you use in a month costs Agency more than $8, measured by what the AI providers charge for your requests, Agency may slow or limit AI features for the rest of that month.

Free trial

Every new account includes $5 of AI use free, with no card needed. The terms:

• The $5 is measured by what Agency’s AI providers charge for the requests you make. Settings shows how much you have used.
• It does not expire. It ends when the $5 is used.
• When it is used up, AI features stop until you subscribe. Your notes stay available either way.
• You are never charged automatically when the trial ends. Paying starts only when you subscribe.
• The trial is one per person and cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in Agency under Settings, then Subscription, then Manage. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your subscription and AI features continue until the end of the month you already paid for, and then end. There is no cancellation fee.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded, including for a partly used month. Cancelling stops future charges. The free trial is there so you can try Agency before you pay.

If you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, email us and we will refund it.

Disputes

If a charge looks wrong, email us before disputing it with your bank. Most problems can be fixed directly, and faster.

Payment security

Stripe processes all payments. Agency never sees or stores your card number.
